Cocoasource becomes Edelsource!

Since its creation, Cocoasource has been built on a simple idea: connecting agricultural products to the world through trusted partnerships and responsible sourcing. Over the years, thanks to our suppliers, customers, and partners, we have grown beyond our original focus on cocoa.

Today, our activities include not only cocoa, but also coffee, cashew, rubber, and vanilla. This natural diversification reflects the evolution of our work in origin countries and our ambition to support a broader range of value chains while maintaining the same commitment to quality, transparency, and long-term relationships.

To reflect this evolution, we are proud to introduce our new name: Edelsource.

The name Edelsource carries several meanings that resonate with our identity. Edel, a word deeply rooted in Swiss culture, evokes authenticity and excellence. It reflects our commitment to high standards, reliability, and long-term thinking. At the same time, the idea of the source remains central: the origin of products, the connection to farmers, and the transparency of the supply chain.

While our name is changing, our values, our team, and our partnerships remain the same. Edelsource is the natural continuation of Cocoasource, building on the same relationships and trust that have defined our journey so far.

This new name better represents who we are today and where we are going: a company dedicated to building transparent and traceable supply chains, sourcing products responsibly and sustainably from their origin to global markets. It also reflects our ambition to deepen our impact and further expand local value creation together with our partners at origin.
